LED Advertising Systems for Universal Investment

For the new headquarters of the fund company Universal Investment, which employs 1,700 people, we planned not only extensive branding and signage measures in the building, but also the large-format LED advertising systems on the building itself. These were mounted at a height of 35 meters and therefore fall under the "special construction" category according to the Hessian Building Code.

We handled the entire planning and building permit application, including structural analysis, structural testing, fire safety reports, setback planning, and much more. After the building permit was granted, we carried out all implementation work with our advertising technology professionals. We succeeded in placing two very large-format logos of our client in a prominent location. We also positioned two logos as LED advertising systems in the entrance hall area.
