A strong team doesn’t emerge out of nowhere. At our gow Team-building event in Bad Reichenhall, our co-workers had the opportunity to see themselves and each other in a new light. Not only did our team apply intelligence and teamwork to solve the particularly tricky tasks set by the trainer, they also learned the deeper meaning of social competence…
…in addition to the systematic, theoretical training units, there were also several outdoor tasks. Hereby, the steadfast team at Gerd Ortner Werbung not only met the challenge of going beyond their limits, they also reaped the rewards of personal growth.
Each individual, and the gow team spirit in particular, profited from this two-day event. A repeat performance is coming soon, and everyone is really looking forward to it.
