The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) acts as an umbrella organization on behalf of and in coordination with the IHKs to represent the interests of the commercial German economy vis-à-vis the decision-makers in federal politics and the European institutions.
Our founder and managing director, Dipl.-Kfm. Gerd Ortner, was currently appointed to two DIHK committees. On the one hand, Gerd Ortner will be a member of the Committee for Communication and Media for the fourth term. In addition, there is the renewed appointment to the SME Committee of the DIHK.
